About Us:

We purchase most of our beads at shows, hand picking for quality and value. If you need more of a certain bead that we may be low on, or out of, please email. We restock weekly, but do not re-order every item, so it helps for us to know what our customers are looking for!

All beads sold are temporarily strung, unless otherwise noted.

The freshwater pearls are all genuine, many are dyed or irradiated for color, but these treatments are stable, and non fading.

If a stone bead is synthetic, or has special treatment, it will be noted in description.

We are located in Phoenix, Arizona, shipping out of a warehouse, and are not open to public. Please feel free to call us at 480-474-9502.

Payment:

Orders may be payed for with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, checks or money orders. e use a industry standard secure server (Authorize.net) to process credit cards, and do not keep numbers on file, they are not kept on server either after charge.

Returns:

We understand how difficult it is to purchase based on a picture. Any item is returnable for a full refund. Please send back in original form, on the complete string or package as it was sent to you. You will be credited back via payment method used.

Shipping - Domestic & International:

We ship on Tuesday & Thursdays generally, extra days added as needed. Packages are shipped 1st class mail, or priority, according to chart below. They can take from 4-7 days for arrival. International shipments may take up to 10 days. Overnight delivery is available for shipments in USA only, please call to make arrangements.

What Countries Do You Ship To?

We ship anywhere that the postal service will deliver to. Flat rate Global Priority is used for orders $45 and up, otherwise shipped regular airmail.
